We retain personal and financial information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, regulatory, accounting and tax record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Subject to POPIA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of inaccurate or outdated information, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your information has been mishandled.
